2. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed through our website or available ordering channels. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

We may accept UPI, cards, net banking, Cash on Delivery and other available payment methods.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of product unavailability, pricing errors or other valid reasons.

3. Delivery

We provide door delivery subject to location and service availability.

Delivery time may vary depending on location, product availability, courier services, weather and other circumstances beyond our control.

Wholesale and bulk orders may have separate delivery arrangements and charges.

4. Wholesale Orders

We accept wholesale orders for selected products. Pricing, minimum quantities and delivery charges may vary depending on the order.

5. Returns & Refunds

As our products include food and consumable items, returns are accepted only in eligible cases such as:

  • Product damaged during delivery

Opened, used, consumed or improperly stored products may not be eligible for return or replacement.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order.

Cancellation may not be possible once the order has been packed or dispatched.

Customers are responsible for storing products according to the instructions provided on the product packaging.

We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
